Hello Ram Nation! I hope you all are having a wonderful summer! Once again, it is time to get ready for another school year. Here is some important information that will help out with the back to school process: * Schedules and Chrome Books should be picked up at the high school from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on AUGUST 12th, 13th, and 14th. It is very important that you come on one of these three days to pick up your child’s schedule. *Before schedules can be picked up all Final Forms filled out (both parents and student) and parents need to signed up for "Rooms" through the Madison Rams app. * Open House will be held for the high school on Wednesday, August 20th from 5:30 – 7:00 pm. Final Forms *PARENTS WITH AN EXISTING MADISON FINAL FORMS ACCOUNT: Please login to your parent account and complete the 2025-2026 school forms. Final Forms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice. Final Forms also pre-populates information wherever possible for each of your students, saving you time. *PARENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A MADISON FINAL FORMS ACCOUNT – Please contact a high school secretary and provide them with your email address. Once the information is provided, you will receive an email from Final Forms asking you to confirm your parent account. You will then be able to complete your student’s Emergency Medical Authorization and back-to-school forms. *STUDENTS – Only Students in grades 7-12 are required to sign forms in Final Forms. Students, go to the Madison Local Schools Website (mlsd.net) and click on MENU, STUDENTS/PARENTS. Scroll down and click on the Final Forms link. Click Login under Student and then “Never logged in?” Provide your Madison student email address and click Send Secure Link. A confirmation email from Final Forms will be sent to your student email account. Once your account is activated, please proceed to fill out/sign all necessary forms. Rooms * If you don’t have it yet, download the Madison Rams app. The app is free and can be found in both the Play Store and the App Store! * Parents have already received an invite to join Rooms via email or text. * Simply follow the link in your browser to create a login. *After creating your login, you can access Rooms through the Madison Local School District app. Thank you for your cooperation and have a great summer! All devices (Chromebooks) will be collected by the school district prior to the end of the school year. On Tuesday, May 6th, MCHS held their Madison Academic Achievement Recognition Program. The top 30 students from 2025 recognized a Madison Educator that had a significant impact on them. Special thanks to Michele Dillon for putting together such a wonderful, emotional program. Ram Pride!!!

Madison School Community, Please be aware of the following situation that occurred in an area district this week. In a meeting with a student's parent, it was brought to that district's attention that her daughter was approached, at night, via Snapchat by individuals who represented themselves as a younger (age 17) female and a slightly older (20ish) male. They were encouraging her to move in with them where they would take care of her, feed her, take her where she needed to go, etc. They did not provide much other information, but the student indicated that she thought they were moving to Ohio from New York. There were other details that made the situation even more alarming. Law enforcement was involved and indicated that they were not aware of any similar instances locally, but that others may have occurred, but were not reported. Parents and guardians, I encourage you to share this information with any of your children where it would be developmentally appropriate to do so as we try to protect them from bad actors on social media. Friday, 8/30/24 - This message is for parents/guardians dropping off students at tonight's home football game. Students should be dropped off beside the school, vehicles should exit through the rear exit near the bus garage.

100 years of Madison T-shirts that were ordered are available to pick up at the high school until 3:30pm today (Thurs 8/29) & tomorrow (Fri 8/30). T-shirts will also be available to pick up in the high school cafeteria tomorrow (Fri 8/30) between 4pm-6pm during the Memory Lane event.
